This is me.  I am a mother to a teen, a businesswoman,  a full-time university professional, and a wife.  My hobbies include vegetable gardening, chicken raising (for eggs), cooking, baking, home improvement, biking and blogging.  I do what I want when I want.  I enjoy life!

The reason why I am writing this blog is because I have struggled with low energy, depression and anxiety my entire life.  I hope to share my experience with you so you can improve your personal life.
