Does this sound like you? I wrote this. This was me. Since then I have learned how to change myself to make me feel good. I hope to help others with their journeys into healthy living. First thing I would like to mention is that you can only change if you want to. You can try to make yourself change, but it will always fail UNLESS you are totally dedicated.
